Why prevention
Most risk is silent. It shows up in your numbers long before it shows up in how you feel.
Raised blood pressure, creeping blood sugar and high cholesterol rarely cause symptoms. Many people only find out after years of being told everything is "a bit borderline", or after something has already gone wrong.
