Before you book
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with the clinic.
Is this right for me if I feel well?
Yes. Raised blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol rarely cause symptoms, so this assessment is designed for people who feel fine but want to know where they stand.
Do I need to fast before my blood tests?
Not always. Your GP will tell you at your first visit whether fasting is needed for the tests chosen for you.
What should I bring?
A list of any medicines or supplements you take, any recent test results or health records, and your Emirates ID or passport.
Will I see the same doctor each time?
Yes. Both GP visits are with the same doctor, from first questions to final plan.
What if something needs a specialist?
We explain what we have found and why a specialist would help, then arrange the referral with you.
Know your numbers. Then change them.
Appointments open from 1 December 2026.
